We know that the better we treat our staff, the better our staff will treat our residents. All staff is directed by a set of thoughtful policy guidelines that are fair, consistent and serve to develop an exceptional workforce team!
Our administration team is comprised of:
Building Administrator who works closely with our RN Wellness Director, Food Service Chef, Activities Coordinator, Maintenance director and other key staff to develop a caring, compassionate and highly trained care-giving work force who are dedicated to making life at The Terrace an enjoyable place to live and work.
